About Novalis Trust
Positive relationships are fundamental to everything that we do. We know that we’re at our best when we work collaboratively as a team: with each other, with the young people and adults in our care, with their families and with other professionals. Our collective strength allows us to do so much more than we can do on our own.
In short, we achieve more by working together. That’s what Novalis Trust is about: achieving more together.
Novalis Trust is a charity that operates Cotswold Chine School (a residential special school and children’s home), William Morris School (an independent day and boarding school for children and young people aged 7-19 with complex learning needs and associated social, emotional and behavioural difficulties) and Paradise House (a residential home for up to 30 adults aged 18-65 years with learning disabilities).
As well as having the same ethos, values and approach, all three of our organisations share management, finance, administration, maintenance, HR, training and other resources to ensure that consistently high standards are maintained across the charity. Our headquarters are based at Ebley House in Stroud.
Novalis Trust has demonstrated an unparalleled commitment to providing the highest quality service I have ever observed in 40 years of practice
